Development of a Village Layout for the Epanko B and Mbera-Kitonga Resettlement Site for the Epanko Graphite Project
Duma TanzGraphite, a Tanzanian registered mining company and subsidiary of EcoGraf, hereby invites prospective bidders to partake in an Expression of Interest (EOI) process intended to select shortlisted consultants to submit proposals during a subsequent RFP Process for:
The Development of a Village Layout for the Epanko B and Mbera-Kitonga Resettlement Site (the Contract) for the Epanko Graphite Project (the Project).
Duma TanzGraphite will, during the 2-phased Tender process (EOI and RFP), select a Consultant who can demonstrate relevant experience, outstanding reliability and a best-in-class commercial offering to meet the requirements of Duma TanzGraphite and its shareholders. If successfully shortlisted, the Company will contact you to confirm a request for proposal, in conjunction with supply of the detailed scope of work for the Contract.
The services to be provided by the successful Consultant under the Contract include:
- Project management and quality control.
- Town planning layout design within predefined area.
- Facilitate additional surveys as required, including;
- Agronomy study,
- Hydrology study,
- Geotechnical investigation.
- Incorporate all pre-defined infrastructure into the design but not limited to, housing, roads (Access roads, Community roads/feeder roads and pathways), healthcare facility, primary school, market and farmland.
- Undertake engagement with key stakeholders
- Finalise design layout with the Company and the Ulanga District Council.
