It is our strategic imperative to endeavour to procure all goods and services locally. EcoGraf is committed to:

• Build in-country mining skills, resulting in less reliance on expatriate labour
• Uplift and empower local communities
• Promote sustainability initiatives of local host communities beyond life of mine
• Build goodwill with community and government stakeholders

Epanko Local content eligibility

• local companies (100% owned by Tanzanian citizens or a company in JV with Tanzanian citizens, who hold at least 51%)
• indigenous companies (at least 20% owned by Tanzanian citizens, with at least 80% of executive/senior management roles held by Tanzanian citizens and all other roles held by Tanzanian citizens)
• If goods/services are not available in Tanzania, the offshore company must form a JV with an indigenous company, who holds at least 20%
